Abstract
The topic of this diploma thesis is the competitive analysis of a car dealer. The diploma thesis is divided in several parts. First part includes theoretical facts about competitive analysis, which were drawn from available literature sources. In next part are described selected companies. In third part is described chosen methodology of thesis. In the practical part are processed analysis, which will served for the evaluation of existing offered services. Based on performed analysis will be recommended measures to the company, which would lead to higher company´s competitiveness.
