Abstract
The target of thesis is characterized the internal control system, the analysis and evaluation of the internal control system in the company Jihomoravská armaturka spol. s r.o. The theoretical part focuses on the notion of a function of the internal control system. It is also explained the importance of internal directives, internal audit and a key element of internal control -inventory. In the practical part is present the company Jihomoravská armaturka spol. s r.o. and the analysis of the internal control system in the company. There are suggesting measures to strengthen settings the internal control system.
