Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the remuneration system in a chosen company. The theoretical part explains the basic conceptions that are related to human resources management, remuneration, motivation and job evaluation. The practical part includes the presentation of the company and describes the current remuneration system. Part of the thesis is also a questionnaire that focuses on satisfaction of employees with the current state of remuneration system resulting in proposals and the recommendations of how to improve the current remuneration system.
