Revize katastrálního operátu se zaměřením na stavební parcely a přináležející pozemkové parcely

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem revize katastrálního operátu. Jsou popsány všechny druhy obnovy katastrálního operátu. Na příkladech z praxe jsou názorně ukázány nesoulady staveb v kontextu aktuálně platné legislativy po novele Stavebního zákona k 1.8.2025. Věnuje se také častým chybám při stanovení druhu pozemkových parcel v intravilánu katastrálního území. Primární data jsou získány z autorovy praxe, sekundární data vychází z analýzy dokumentů. V této práci jsou použité kvalitativní metody výzkumu. Součástí práce je i SWOT analýza revize a doporučení pro vlastníky nemovitostí.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the process of revising the cadastral documentation. All types of cadastral record restoration are described. Using practical examples, it illustrates inconsistencies in buildings in the context of the legislation in force following the amendment of the Building Act effective from August 1, 2025. It also deals with common errors in determining the type of land parcels within the built-up area of a cadastral territory. The primary data were obtained from the author’s professional practice. The secondary data are based on an analysis of documents. This bachelor's thesis applies qualitative research methods. The thesis also includes a SWOT analysis of the revision process and recommendations for proprietors of a real estate.
