Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the quality of services provided by the company ČD, a.s. in express trains on the route Ostrava Svinov – Prague main railway station. The base of my work is created by a written questionnaire, the results are processed in a practical part. There will also be characterized the theory of marketing research and also of the company ČD, a.s. The aim of my work is to find out about customers’ satisfaction not only with services in express trains, but also with other factors that affects the quality of travelling, and on the basis of the completed questionnaires to suggest possible measures for improvement.
