Analýza odměňování specialistů zabývajících se tvorbou webových stránek ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The main goal of the thesis was to evaluate the system of remuneration in the company netdevelo s.r.o and suggest own recommendations, which should lead to an improvement of the current situation. It was done an analysis of corporate documents and questionnaire research. Based on this analysis, interviews with the owner of the company and also the theoretical basis was the company recommended focusing on the introduction of homeworking, sick days, getting more experienced employees, increase wage rates for overtime, implementing a plan of gradually increasing wages, stop providing the organization-wide bonuses to all employees in full amount and also better managing and controlling additional tasks.
