Abstract

The theme of my thesis is „Customer Satisfaction Analysis for the Ltd Copany of technical Services, Technické služby Kadaň s. r. o.“ In theoretical part I introdukce firstly the chosen copany, which provides a wide range of services for Kadan city. I also focus on the theoretical definition of marketing research in this section. Here I describe the proces sof marketing research to determine the level of satisfaction of customers – inhabitats of Kadan. The practical part is devoted to the preparatory phase of marketing research. Then I describe the creation of a questionnaire and make the analysis of customer satisfaction from obtained information. Subsequently I prezent suggestions on changes that would contribute to increased customer satisfaction with Ltd Copany of Technical Services, Technické služby Kadaň s. r. o.
