Vymezení prvků kritické infrastruktury primárně ohrožených projevy bezpečnostních fenoménů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá možným narušením kritické infrastruktury projevy bezpečnostních fenoménů. Ty jsou v této práci vymezeny a následně je provedeno zhodnocení aktuálního stavu ohrožení těmito fenomény. Dále jsou na základě statistických údajů z vybraných evropských států, vymezeny konkrétní ohrožené prvky kritické infrastruktury v ČR. Pro nejvýznamnější z nich, jsou provedeny analýzy rizik včetně návrhu opatření.

The thesis deals with possible invasions of critical infrastructure by impacts of security phenomena. These phenomena in this thesis are restricted and then an evaluation of the actual state of the threat by the phenomena is made. Then based on statistical data taken from chosen european countries concrete endangered elements of crictical infastructure are restricted. For those with high priority risk analysis are made including a proposal preventing from it.
