Regionální operační program Moravskoslezsko jako nástroj podpory veřejných služeb

Abstract

The whole thesis deals with resources intended for Regional operational programme Moravian-Silesia with a focus on the infrastructure of public services. The aim is to support evaluation of public services in the Regional Operational Programme in the field of education, social services and health services for the period 2008-2011. To achieve the objective hypothesis is verified, based on the assumption that the funds from the ROP contribute to the development of public service infrastructure in the region of Silesia. Theoretical part is concern with the EU regional policy and its objectives defined for the period 2007 - 2013. Required is the definition of territorial units for statistics NUTS, then putting the importance of all seven regional operational programs of the Czech Republic. The following chapter, which is the practical part of the thesis, introduces in detail with the Regional Operational Programme MS. Chapter analyzes the financial and territorial aspects. Then, an important part of this chapter provides an analysis of the infrastructure of public services. It introduces with allocated amounts from EU and national public resources, with a success rate of applications submitted and subsequently approved grants to public services. The chapter follows the above evaluation of projects to support public services. Comparing the individual fields of education, social and health services. Finally recommendations are made.
