Abstract
Diploma thesis deals estimation of snow cover height on the selected GNSS reference stations of SKPOS and EUREF networks. using a method of GNSS-Reflectometry. This method is based on a detailed multipath analysis. Used inpute data are use navigation messages, RAW observation data in RINEX format and precise ephemerides satellites in SP3 format. For validation of GNSS-Reflectometry results of snow heights data from SHMU for SKPOS stations were used and for stations EUREF the snow cover heights were taken from www.weatheronline.co.uk. Application is built in programing language Python. The tool can save some of the results to prepared spatial database PostgreSQL/. RMS error on the selected reference station was from 0,20 to 0,33 m. The results do not have expected accuracy. Possible reasons for this situation are the imperfections of the created application and the inaccuracy of the selected reference stations for this type of task.
