Zhodnocení spolupráce obcí v místní akční skupině Strážnicko

Abstract

The thesis examines on Evaluation of cooperation Local Action Group Strážnicko is focused on the cooperation of municipalities and entities in a specific territory. This cooperation is mostly in smaller municipalities, because these municipalities have very limited financial resources and the development of rural areas lags far behind the development of larger cities. This problem helps to solve LEADER method, that works thanks to the Rural Renewal Programme and which allows to draw money from the EU funds. We will focus on the characteristics of Local Action Group Strážnicko, which lies on the south-eastern Moravia, was founded in 2005 and which is currently in the form of cooperation works of 11 municipalities. We will look for municipalities that received the most funds and we will focus on specify indicators named Fiche, which this action group identified in the forming of the Strategic Plan. Our main objective is to determine which Fiche drew the most funds and in which number of Fiche was realized the most projects. Another objective of this thesis is to determined the amount of funds allocated to the residents of the municipalities compared to the average, which is based on the inhabitants of the Local Action Group Strážnicko. We will try to find the village, which received the most funds. The second chapter is focused on theoretical definition of varios cooperations between municipalities. The third chapter is focused on the local action groups, specificed characteristics of Strážnicko, Local action group and also on the process of providing grants to municipalities and entities. The last capter examines the chosen aspects in Local action group Strážnicko in the years 2007 - 2013.
