Abstract

The diploma project deals with the financial assessment of Moravskoslezské Cukrovary a.s. company by means of DuPont pyramidal analysis. The aim of the project is outline current state of company, which belongs to important information for future decisions. The introduction of company, its history, development and treatment of sugar beat is subject of first part. That is followed by theoretical description of common financial analysis methods. The next section consists of DuPont pyramidal analyse and other consequent analysis. At the last whole company assessment, observed imperfections, proposals and suggested solution is concluding the project.
