Analýza konkurenceschopnosti vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Analýza konkurenceschopnosti vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části práce se zabývám poznatky z odborné literatury týkající se tématu konkurenceschopnosti firem. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na představení konkrétní obchodní společnosti a zhodnocení její konkurenceschopnosti na českém a slovenském trhu a to pomocí SWOT analýzy. Na základě zjištěných informací jsem se pokusil zhodnotit stav dané společnosti a navrhl budoucí možná opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti dané firmy.

The topic of my Bachelor´s Work is The Analysis of the Competitive ability of the Company. In the theoretical part I deal with pieces of knowledge sourced from professional literature concerning the above mentioned theme of the companies´ competitiveness. In the practical part I focused on introduction of the particular business company and assessment of its competitiveness on both Czech and Slovak market with the usage of the SWOT analysis. On the basis of the figures and information I tried to assess the state of the particular company and I have suggested future measures to be taken which should be leading to an improvement of the competitiveness of the analyzed company.
