Bezpečnostní studie využití tísňových SOS tlačítek u seniorů a osob se zdravotním postižením

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje využití tísňových SOS tlačítek u seniorů a osob se zdravotním postižením. Úvodní část se zabývá rešerší odborné literatury a právními předpisy. Následující kapitoly pojednávají o tísňových SOS tlačítkách a jejich využití v bezpečnostní praxi v České republice a ve světě. Dále se práce věnuje technickým parametrům SOS tlačítek a organizační složce tísňového volání. Praktická část zahrnuje statistiku ohrožení vytipovaného obyvatelstva a analýzu bezpečnostních rizik při nevyužití tísňového SOS tlačítka. Analýza se zabývá i ostatními skupinami obyvatel, jako jsou ženy, děti nebo sportovci. Závěrem jsou navržena řešení pro hromadné zavedení tísňových SOS tlačítek.

This thesis deals with using SOS emergency buttons by elderly and disabled people. The introductory part deals with literary research and the legal regulations. The following section describes emergency SOS buttons and their use in safety practice in the Czech Republic and around the world. The thesis also deals with the technical parameters of the SOS buttons and the organizational unit of the emergency call. The practical part includes statistics of threats and analysis of security risks when not using the emergency SOS buttons including evaluation. The analysis also deals wih other populations such as women, children or athletes. In conclusion, solutions are proposed for mass deployment of emergency SOS buttons.
