Využití digitálních nástrojů pro zvýšení bezpečnosti transportu pohonných hmot

Abstract

The presented thesis primarily deals with the issue of safe procedures for unloading fuel at gas stations and their transportation by road. The aim of the thesis is to create a digital educational material focusing on the process of unloading automotive tankers at gas stations with the main purpose of enhancing safety in handling fuels. The theoretical part includes a review of the most important legislative regulations concerning primarily the transport of dangerous goods, safety, health protection at work, etc. It also includes a review of digital tools suitable for creating simulations, etc. Finally, it includes an introduction to the general procedure for filling and decanting tank trucks and presents the methods used in the practical part of the practical part to process the identification and analysis of risks. The practical part includes an introduction to the company where I participated in the unloading process. It also includes the processing of risk identification and analysis, familiarization with the created digital educational material, i.e., simulations and interactive exercises. The simulation depicts a safe procedure for unloading fuels at filling stations, and the interactive exercises assess the level of understanding of this simulation.
