Abstract

The thesis is focused on the comparison of two methods of making deductions from wage – in terms of the execution and insolvency. The theoretical part draws from the specialized publications and knowledge acquired during the study. This section deals mainly with the differences between execution and insolvency. The practical part consists of two mutually intersecting circles. The first area is focused on introduction of Bäcker, s.r.o., to which the work was oriented. In the second circuit model can be found model situations of possible solutions when evaluating the work performance of payroll accountants which is related to the precipitation of the parts of the debtor's wage. In conclusion of the thesis, a possible solution to the issue is offered.
