Abstract

The aim of this work is to present the possibilities of the use of noise reduction surfacing on the road. The work includes; clearing of traffic noise, traffic noise measurement, and possible protection against the adverse effect of the use of noise reduction road surfaces. The main part will focus on the technology of asphalt mixtures, with modified asphalt rubber granulate. Here, we aim to portray the composition of the mix, the production, the installation, and its advantages and disadvantages. Bachelor thesis for the comparison of existing technologies and discussion of their pros and cons.
