Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on analysis of an allowance organization financial resources which operates in social services. Firstly, there is the theoretical part, where allowance organizations are described in general. Secondly this bachelor´s thesis focuses on economic evaluation of an allowance organization in a five year period. It is a retirement home set up by town, where resources of allowances and grants are described. You can find general recommendations how to gain financial resources for this specific organization. Among these are: responsibility to pay for care of family members, united legislation for each organization providing services for seniors. Another recommendation is changing legislation for towns which should ensure complicity in financing.
