Abstract
This master thesis deals with possibility of evaluation diseases of cardiovascular system from PPG parameters. In thesis is described vascular anatomy, vascular diseases and also formation of pulse waves including its description. In second part is described design and construction of device for measuring six channel of PPG including ECG. In last part is performed numerical and statistical analyzation of measured results.
