Abstract

The aim of the thesis is the Streamline of Production in a Manufacturing Company CBG Impex s. r . o., based in Valašské Meziříčí. The author suggested the company to implement 5S method . The enterprise decided to establish methods in individual steps . After the introduction of the method was in the engineering department achieved savings , which is described in more detail in the practical part . Since the company deals with the production of the piece was not possible to calculate the annual savings . The theme for follow-up work could be the introduction of the 5S method for other departments in the company .
