Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of stocktaking of assets and debts in a selected company.
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze on the basis of theoretical knowledge the process of stocktaking in the selected company and to implement a proposal of a new internal inventory directive based on the identified shortcomings, which will be fully compliant with the relevant legal standards
