Zhodnocení financování vybraného tenisového oddílu z dotačních programů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financing of the Tenis NJ, z.s. tennis club by means of subsidy programs. The purpose of the thesis is to determine which grant programs the club applies for to support the funding of its sports activities and under what conditions the grants are provided. In order to subsequently identify suggestions and recommendations for improvement, the most of the practical part is focused on the analysis of the current financial situation of the club by using selected research methods such as questionnaire survey, interview and SWOT analysis. The results show that the club is currently taking advantage of all available opportunities for financial support from the state and the municipality, but the financial support received could be higher, if the club decided to work on specific actions, which are proposed in a separate chapter dealing with suggestions and recommendations.
