Ocenění společnosti Nestlé Česko s.r.o. vybranými metodami

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is valuation of the Nestlé Česko s.r.o. company by selected methods to 31th December 2015. The company is valued by yield methods mainly two-phase DCF-Entity method and EVA method. The dissertation is divided into three main parts. The first part is focused on the description of the theoretical background and procedures valuation methods, which are characterized by categories of value companies for purposes of valuation and especially there is described each valuation method. Then the process of valuation is characterized including input data collection, analysis of these datas and compilation of the financial plan. Finally the sensitivity analysis has been described. In the second chapter the company is briefly characterized and further the strategic and financial analysis are developed. The third chapter is devoted to the determining of the value of the company and the evaluation of the results. Firstly input parameters are predicted and then used to determine the financial statements which include the profit and loss statement, the cash flow statement and the balance-sheet. Then the cost of equity, the discount rate, the free cash flow to the firm are set. Then the company is valued by selected yield methods including the sensitivity analysis. Finally the results of the valuation of the company are valorized including the results of the sensitivity analysis.
