Analýza a optimalizace procesního řízení v podniku lesního hospodářství

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of process management in practice, its analysis and optimization in the selected company. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate whether and how the company applies aspects of process management, and then specify and implement steps to optimize it. Most of this work has been done in the ATTIS program, which fully supports all aspects of process management, and the outputs of this program are captured in this work. This work therefore captures a specific procedure that was used to optimize process management. The company is recommended further steps for a smooth follow-up to this work and the subsequent development of process management.
