Abstract

Reclamation of land affected by mining of brown coal is a long-term, technically and bio page, a complex process. Reclamation in Northern Bohemia, have long tradition and went through various stages of development. Only concrete result of reclamation activities, and legislative conditions, application of knowledge and last but not least, according to the regulations established financial devices enables restore land affected by surface mining in the surrounding environment so as to match the balanced nature krajinnému wider area. Knowledge of the development of reclamation, the basic legislative terms, the participation of entities of interest, technical and biological processes is a key precondition for assessing the effects of mining activities.
