Abstract

The main topic of the thesis is „Analysis of marketing communication of Fitness center Fitclub TWIST“. The aim of this thesis was the effectiveness evaluation and the current range of marketing communication in this fitness center. For primary data I have chosen the questionnaire, which was in electronic and also in direct form. Then the data was analysed by MS Excel software and IBM SPSS Statistic v. 22. The suggestions and the recommendations were based on the basis of the research results. The suggestions and the recommendations were focused on four problematic parts: the full use of the Fitness centre Facebook profile, the implementation of new forms of the communication mix, accompanying with bigger promotion of Event marketing and reducing the demand fluctuations in summer time.
