Abstract

Abstract The aim of my master thesis is the evaluation of current economical situation of chosen business and on the basis of gained results to work out some proposals and recommendations for its development and improvement. The thesis is devoted to brief characterization of chosen business which is the guideline for determination of theoretical and methodical solution. In the solution phase I accomplished a discussion of specialized terms and possibillities for performing of the economical situation of the business. The preparation of economical analysis on concrete business has a few parts, it concerns the analysis of chosen factors affecting the surroundings of the business as well as the analysis of financial statements and the evaluation of access to financial resources. The analysis of the surroundings of the business concentrates on chosen factors which are political and legislative, economical, social and technological. The work results in the complex of few proposals and suggestions which include improvement of the situation in the field of spare methods in failure of main customers, improvement of payment capability of customers and the enhancement of employment rate primarily among labour professions.
