Abstract
This thesis is entitled which deals with the processing of market research market opportunities for industrial product of di-2-ethylhexylphthalate in terms of stock DEZA. The theoretical part describes some aspects of marketing analysis, marketing research and marketing strategies as a way of work. The practical part deals with the production, analysis and charakterstikou fields of use. Marketing research discovers, assesses and evaluates the results of the macro, competitive and market factors. Marketing Strategy assesses key factors and points to alternative solutions. The work focuses attention on the critical success factors represent sources of competitive advantages and creates value for the design of critical resources, building competitive advantage.
