Abstract

The focus of this diploma thesis is to analyze and evaluate suppliers. The objective is to examine the supplier selection process within a specific company, propose a model for evaluating suppliers, and use a quality management tool to select a new supplier. Additionally, this study aims to identify the primary factors that influence supplier selection, assign importance weights to these criteria, and categorize suppliers using a multi-criteria evaluation approach. The goal of this work is to provide recommendations for optimal supplier selection, which can help companies enhance their procurement management practices and achieve long-term sustainability and competitiveness.
