Spyware: design, struktura a funkcionalita

Abstract

The thesis is focused on spyware, its structure and particularly its possibilities as a malicious code. It describes spyware various types, the way spyware is expanded and possible techniques, how to prevent its detection. It is engaged in legislation on protection of private personal and other data. The important activity in this area is an operation of governments and governmentowned agencies that pursue oversight of internet operations and in many cases utilize spyware techniques from various reasons, for instance fight against terrorism. The theses addresses itself to antispyware in brief, too. In the practical part, the spyware and its environment were created. Its implementation should be of service for study purposes and to test how difficult or conversely almost easy is to program a spyware.
