Abstract
The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to define the trademark, its purpose and possibilities of the mark protection. The first part of the thesis deals with the description of the mark and their components, it characterizes the segments of the mark direction. The second part analysis the possibilities of the mark protection. The last part of the thesis is concentrated on the practical application of the trademark in selected industrial companies.
