Abstract

The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Analysis of the benefits of increasing productivity through the theory of constraints in an industrial enterprise." The aim of the work is to perform an analysis of the current state of the production line and to design a theoretical application of the Theory of Constraints, which will ensure an increase in machine productivity. The theoretical part clarifies the issues of productivity and the theory of constraints. The practical part contains specific examples of productivity that are used in the company XY, and then all modules and processes on the ABC grinding and assembly line are described in detail. The end of the practical part is focused on the theoretical application of TOC through 5 steps, while it also contains other security measures for resources of limited capacity, which will maintain and at the same time increase productivity.
