Informační systém lékařského oddělení s důrazem na statistickou analýzu

Abstract

The main goal of this thesis was to create information system for patient records of University Hospital Ostrava treated with stereotactic irradiation device CyberKnife and module enabling statistical hypothesis testing. This goal was successfully achieved, the implemented statistical module can also be used in other applications. We performed a comparison with existing statistical libraries, which demonstrates the applicability of our solution. An implemented information system is currently deployed in the University Hospital Ostrava.
