Zvýšení efektivity vybraného výrobního procesu ve společnosti Maxion Wheels Czech s.r.o.

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on improving the efficiency of the production process of mould preparation in Maxion Wheels Czech s. r. o. First of all, the theoretical part is elaborated, which deals with the management of production processes, their organization and material flow analysis. The next part deals with lean manufacturing and its sub-methods. The aim of the thesis is to develop and evaluate a proposal for the improvement of a selected production process. In the practical part, the production process is described and analyzed by means of material flow analysis, and then, based on this analysis, proposals for streamlining the given flow are made. The implemented measure is then evaluated using the method of return on investment.
