Analýza a návrh systému řízení zásob velkoobchodní společnosti

Abstract

The thesis is focused on stock management of wholesale company Elektorcentrum Trading spol. s r.o. Thesis applies ABC analysis based on Pareto principles. The analysis is focused on inventory which keeping on local stock could influence the entire costs of company. Consignment stock or inventory which needs to be order from regional stock are not subject of analysis. The thesis suggests changes in zero movement stock, changes for ordering process connected to pre-defined templates for A group inventory. This change is one of the possibilities how to make the work of sale department of Ostrava branch and the whole company more effective.
