Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on company crisis management. In the beginning, there is explanation of basic terms of crisis management and crisis and the causes and sources of its origin. Next part is focused on risk analysis with focus on methods of risk analysis and the significant space is reserve for methods of risk analysis that are the most used in practice. In last chapter work presents different ways of crisis management, risk management and risk planning. Next, the thesis is focused on crisis term and phases of its development. The end of the thesis shows the ways how to successfully manage crisis. There are also practice different steps with focus on comparison on efficiency of single selected steps.
