Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with competitiveness issues and factors that influence ESG Dolní Lomná s.r.o., which is active in the food industry. These factors include competition, competitive advantages, competitive strategies, innovation, marketing mix, etc. The aim of this work is to carry out, using appropriate methods, an evaluation of the current development of competitiveness in this company. Methods, both external and indoor, will be used to assess competitiveness. At the end of this work, the author will evaluate the results achieved and offer suggestions aimed at improving the market position of the evaluated firm and its possible future development within a competitive environment.
