Bezbariérové užívání veřejných prostranství Ostrava - Jih

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with analysis of the current state of barriers in the territory of the city district Ostrava – Jih and subsequent solution of public space. The solved area was divided into 4 routes, which were analyzed and evaluated on the basis of a survey and own photo documentation. The analysis covered public transport stops, entrances to civic facilities, pedestrian crossings and crossing points. Subsequently, in the practical part, proposals were made for a possible solution of barrier-free modifications of defined critical points. A brief economic evaluation was created for selected proposals. The work is prepared in accordance with relevant legislation, Czech technical standards and the acceptance of the National Development Program for Mobility for All.
