Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with two legal forms of business and the processes how to establish it in the area of audiovisual production. The first form is a sole proprietor who runs a business based on a trade certification, the second form is a legal person that runs a business as a limited liability company. In the theoretical part, there are described the basic terms of business, the way of running a business in the Czech Republic, differences between the two legal forms of business, the process of establishing a business and the regulations that have to be met. The second, practical, part shows establishment of a business in both legal ways describing it step by step. For this purpose, all the necessary documents and administrative forms are attached in the appendix. The third part includes a business plan for a legal person active as a limited liability company in the area of audiovisual production. The plan covers a company description, its history and future, the people that are connected to it, marketing and the products. The thesis also includes the financial plan and the SWOT analysis.
