Abstract

The content of this diploma thesis is processing and description of Diagnosis of Entrepreneurial Potential of Medium – Sized Enterprise. by means of diagnostic approach GM-TREND. Method is based on pyramidal decomposition of business functions and its points assessment. However, key step is transformation of hierarchical tree potentials to process form. The diploma thesis consists of two parts, theoretic and practical one. Theoretic part is centred on theoretical and methodological issues of diagnosis of entrepreneurial potential. The second part is devoted to entrepreneurial potential, diagnostics business, its methods and diagnostic approach GM-TREND. Practical part is formed to several chapters. It starts with characteristics of T.O.M.P. Ing. Jaromír Procházka. Followed by analytical part of solution - pyramidal decomposition of business functions, determining potentials and their points assessment. Follows the synthetic and syncretic phase which involves relational analysis between major groups of potential. The last part of thesis deals with evaluation, suggestions and recommendation.
