Vývoj softwaru pro analýzu dat relaxace 3D tištěných materiálů v šroubových spojích

Abstract

The thesis deals with the problem of bolted joints and their material relaxation process. It also deals with the software superstructure of a ready-made measuring jig for measuring the relaxation of materials. The aim of the thesis was to design and implement a software application in LabVIEW environment for collecting and analysis of data from experiments focused on relaxation of 3D printed materials used in bolted joints. Furthermore, an experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of relaxation processes in a bolted joint using spacers. The spacers were fabricated using 3D printing in different variations of the filler and materials used. Finally, the results of this experiment are discussed.
