Abstract

In the present work is summarized the creation of Orientation parcel’s maps due to the practical demonstration of non-digitized areas of cadastral maps in the Inspection of the Land Register. This thesis "sets" the way from its raster form to vector form. It describes the phases of filling the database by raster maps from Land Register, by maps from the former Land Register, the creation of definitional points and vector border polygons, explains the importance of mapping the changes, update and restore files in the current OMP. It outlines the connections with the Digital map of public administration, the functions of basic public administration registers, mainly the register of territorial identification, addresses and real estates. It describes the objectives, how to simplify the life of public administration’s customers by using modern technologies, leading to financial savings related to the management of different agendas. It practically documents the creation of Purpose cadastral maps of MS region, its following to subsequent implementation into ISKN.
