Abstract
The main theme of this bachelor thesis is motivation and benefits of employees in ČEZ EZ, s.r.o. The thesis is divided to several parts. The theoretical part defines important concepts, motivation theories and methods of rewarding, motivation and development of people. In the practical part of the thesis, there is analysis of motivation employees in ČEZ EZ, s.r.o. There are formulated proposals and recommendations.
