Strategická analýza postavení firmy podnikající v oblasti dopravy

Abstract

Cílem mé diplomové práce je zjistit pomocí vybraných analýz interního a externího prostředí postavení firmy a navrhnout vhodnou strategii pro budoucí vývoj firmy. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na čtyři hlavní části. V první části se nacházejí teoretické východiska vybraných strategických analýz. V druhé části je charakteristika firmy. V třetí části jsou aplikovány vybrané analýzy na společnost podnikající v oblasti dopravy. Mezi vybrané analýzy patří PEST analýza, Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil, vnitřní analýza podniku zaměřena na finanční analýzu a nakonec SWOT analýza, která je ohodnocena pomocí EFE a IFE matice. V poslední části diplomové práce jsou navržené dvě strategie pro budoucí vývoj firmy.

The aim of my diploma thesis is to determine the status of the company through selected analyzes of internal and expernal environment and propose a suitable strategy for the company´s future development. The thesis is divided into four main parts. In the first part there are theoretical solutions of selected strategic analysis. In the second part there is characterized the company. In the third part there are applied selected analyses of the transport company. Among the analysis belong PEST analysis, Porter´s analysis, internal company analysis focused on financial analysis and finally SWOT analysis, which is evaluated by EFE and IFE matrices. In the last part of the diploma work there are proposed two strategies for the company´s future development.
