Vývoj trhu práce po vstupu ČR do EU

Abstract

V předložené práci jsem zpracovala vliv evropské integrace na trh práce v ČR. Nejprve jsem se zabývala popisem situace v jednotlivých regionech ČR, jejich ekonomickou nerovnováhou, demografickými rozdíly. Ostatní kapitoly jsou již věnovány situaci v ČR po vstupu do EU, tedy od roku 2004 do současnosti, nevyjímaje aktuální téma hospodářské krize. Snažila sem se popsat změny v legislativní oblasti, nástroje na eliminaci socioekonomických rozdílů v rámci unie, zabývala jsem se cíli Evropské strategie a politiky zaměstnanosti a vývojem trhu práce a státní politiky zaměstnanosti. V další části analýzy změn popisuji roli EU na rozvoji lidských zdrojů, dotace z EU, zároveň pokles průmyslové produkce v roce 2008 a recese v EU. V poslední kapitole se zabývám vlivem změn se vstupem do EU na siciální oblast a obsahem jednotlivých sociálních projektů. Závěr práce je věnován celkovému shrnutí podstatných změn pro obyvatele ČR, výhodám a nevýhodám vstupu naší země do EU.

In the presented thesis I have compiled the effect of European integration on labour market in the Czech republic. First I described the current situation in each Czech region, its economic disbalance and demographic differences. Further chapters are dedicated to the situation in the Czech republic after integration to the EU. This covers the period from 2004 till present and actual economic depression topic is also discussed. I tried to describe legislative changes, implementation of tools eliminating socialeconomic differences within the EU. Further I concentrated on European strategic targets and employment policies and the labour market development and employment regulations. In another part of the change analysis I described the EU role in human resources development, EU grants and also a decline of industrial production in 2008 and consequent EU recession. In the final chapter I focused on relating changes in the social area, all as a result of the EU integration. The end of the thesis is dedicated to a summary of substantial changes fo the inhabitants of the Czech republic and their advantages or disadvantages of the integration of our country to the EU.
