Analýza procesu interních auditů v integrovaném systému managementu výrobce dílů pro kolejová vozidla.

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza průběhu interních auditů integrovaného systému managementu u výrobce dílů pro kolejová vozidla a návrh na možná zlepšení. Teoretická část této práce je orientována na definování pojmu kvalita, na teorii systému managementu kvality a teorii auditů. Tato část popisuje jednotlivé koncepce systému managementu kvality a integrovaný systém managementu. V dalších kapitolách je popsán postup a historie auditů, vysvětleny druhy auditů a také vlastnosti a schopnosti kvalitního auditora. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku auditované společnosti, analýzu současného stavu realizace interních auditů integrovaného systému managementu u výrobce dílů pro kolejová vozidla.

The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to analyze the course of internal audits of the integrated system of management at the manufacturer of rolling stock parts and a proposal for potential improvements. The theoretical part of this Bachelor Thesis is focused on the definition of the concept of quality, quality management system theory and audit theory. This part describes an individual concepts of the quality management system and the integrated management system. The following chapters describe the procedure and history of audits, explain the types of audits and state the qualities and capabilities of a quality auditor. The practical part of this Bachelor Thesis is focused on the characteristics of the audited company the same as on the analysis of the current state of implementation of internal audits of the integrated management system at the manufacturer of rolling stock parts.
