Abstract

Unemloyment as a social problem is a topis, which is around us. It is very important to study this macroeconomics index for this reason, especially in terms of the operation of Labour Office and its use in the application of the active employment policy. The aim of this thesis is to determinate and identify specifically one of the tools active employment policy, that means work places set up for self-employment and its effectiveness in the last 3 years in Labour Office in Karvina. The goal is pursued by methods of analysis and synthesis.
