Abstract

This thesis deals with the issue of staff training in companies. The first theoretical part is devoted to theoretical background of the area of staff training, a description of the educational process, different approaches and methods used in the educational process and clarifies related concepts. The second practical part is crucial and focuses on the analysis of the educational process in the company Brose CZ, spol. s r.o., its evaluation, creation proposals, which should help lead educational process more effectively, and subsequent implementation.
