Abstract

The aim of this work is the analysis of employment relations, focusing on the unethical behavior - specifically, mobbing, workplace financial headquarters. And based on this analysis, then make proposals and measures to prevent and defend against such behavior. The work includes theoretical definition of basic concepts such as ethics, morality, business ethics, code of ethics, unethical conduct or behavior, mobbing, bossing. An important part of the theoretical part is just the subchapter dealing with mobbing. Here is mobbing defined, are defined causes, phases, symptoms, participants and consequences. The practical part deals with the performance of organizations surveyed and the survey itself, which was conducted in the workplace Financial Directorate. Using the graphical outputs are interpreted results. Based on available results, the financial headquarters are then submitted proposals and measures for preventive and defensive combat mobbing.
