Mezigenerační srovnání požadavků na pracovní podmínky z pohledu generací X, Y a Z

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the characteristics of generations X, Y, Z. In addition to the mentioned generations, the work focuses on the working conditions that are ordered by the Labor Code or the choice of the organization itself. The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify based on the analysis, what preferences have generations X, Y, Z in working conditions in the Czech Republic. A total of 411 respondents participated in the questionnaire survey. The result of the work is contained by the answers to research questions which then make suggestions and recommendations for employers.
